Bleach will oxidize the tissue and destroy the DNA, but you probably need several applications. Use a high-pressure washer with a quart of bleach, and spray all over for until the bleach is gone. Repeat 3 or 4 times. Be sure to wear a hazmat suit, gloves and rubber boots.

Then, get a powerful UV lamp (and protective goggles) to kill anymore living tissue. UV will break the bonds in the cells, making it harder for CSI technicians to acquire useful evidence, so you need to point the light in every direction - front, rear, bottom, top and both sides.

Finally, use an oxy-acetylene welding torch on the grill to finish up any tissue that might remain after steps 1 and 2 are completed. If you have a plastic grill (most are these days), you might need to replace the original. And you also might need a new paint job on the car.

Good luck.

This wealthy rancher in Australia received a message that his fence on the south boundary was broken. So he instructed his ranch hand by telling him to take the ute (utility vehicle) and fix the fence, and if he had any problems, to get in touch using the short wave radio.
About two hours later the radio crackled into life.
'What's the problem'
'Ive got a pig stuck in the roo bars, and he's kicking and squealing, and I can't get him out'
'There's a shot gun in the back of the ute. Use that on the pig, and then pull him out'

About 30 minutes later, on the radio again.
'Did you get rid of the pig?'
'Yes'
'Well, what's the problem now then'
'His motor bike is still stuck under the ute'

I think that bleach would help.
Fire would work as long as it got all of the way through all of the tissue.

I've heard where DNA cannot be recovered from tissue stored in Formaldehyde where as it can from tissue stored in alcohol.
But that was a long-term (50 year) storage.

ammonia will destroy blood.bleach should kill any cell's left.
Battery acid will destroy everything on the grill, but will mess up anything it touch's also.
Battery acid is also something you wouldn't be suspicious of if you were testing for cleaning agent's.
It might be alot easier to have a friend buy a used grill at a salvage yard somewhere out of town.
