Well, according to mythology, you're supposed to drink another vampires blood, but that's just plain silly! =D Vampires are a creation of Northern European story tellers when they tried to describe people with rabies. So other would stay away from them, they would make up horrible roomers, like the blood sucking.

they are places where people who call themselves vampires and they have teeth that are glued or attached onto their natural teeth and yes they can bite..not sure about the drinking of blood unless your in a group then peoplelet you have theirs kinda like feeding...you may be able to find club that they hang out in or a chat room...sorry i couldnt help more..

you have to have a vampire suck all of the blood out of you until you almost die and then you have to in turn suck their blood and then wait, you grow fangs and then you're a vampire.
I dunno...thats what happened in Buffy...
