If you find a nail shop (not a salon but a shop that does only nails and maybe waxing typically run by Asian immigrants) in the suburbs, 15.00.
If you live in a major city, NY, SF, Philly, etc. that number can get as low as 10.00 or 12.00 due to competition.
A nice salon that may also do hair, facials, massages, etc. can be about 25.00 but as high as 40.00
My experience being able to afford the higher prices (I have paid as much as 50 at a resort) that the nail shops are the best. They are focused. Not all are great but if you find the right one for you, you'll be happy. And no appointment necessary.
(All prices do not include tip which should be anywhere from 10-20%, whatever seems appropriate)

It depends on where you go. You can go to a high end salon and spend $50+ for a manicure or you can go to a small mall salon and spend $12.

For a simple manicure it costs $15.00
If you want something fancy or nails glued on it is more depending on what you get.
