I had my first child when I was 15 years old, I am 38 now and a lot smarter and looking back on it, even though I love her with all my heart, she would of had a better mother if she had one that was older.

honestly, I'm not sure what the laws are in NC. so I can't give you an exact answer. but she is still considered a minor by law until she turns 18. And he is over 18, so he would be considered an adult. that could equal statutory rape. and depending on how the law is enforced where you live, he could get into a lot of trouble.
hope this helps you out

No one at 17 should have child. whether legal or not. 98% of married couples in their teens are divorced.

She's a minor, jailbait. walk away. the child they have later, when they are both adults, will thank them.
