Tell him that you won't make him any more fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches if he doesn't start pitching in around the house!

Put his dinner on a dirty plate and tell him if he wants to eat something that wont kill him or get him sick, do the dishes. :]

Tell him you'll put his dirty dishes in his bed if he doesn't do them, then stick to your word.
