Racists hate or feel superior to certain races.
Racialists are mostly separatists - they claim not to hate or feel superior to other races, but they believe in segregation nevertheless.

In my opinion there is no difference. A racist and a racialist are both filled with foolish ignorance.

I never knew that "racialist" was a word people actually used, but I'M guessing a racialis is someone who studies race or has racial interest, but not a racist.

a racist is someone who hates other pple of different skin colours, racialist is a listed race list.
