"Give Life" is the American Red Cross's slogan.
One university used "Pride in Providing" - http://www.donateblood.com/
You could use whatever your high school's mascot is ... something like "Tigers Give Life" or something like that.
I wouldn't use the "suck" thing b/c you want to make sure giving blood sounds like a good thing, not a bad thing. :)
