I'll make a half promise...I don't like the unhealthiness of fast food either...my half promise goes even a little further...

I will try not to eat in any restaurant at all...when I travel, I will try to take healthy home made food to the best of my ability. If I need something to eat and I'm traveling, I'll go to a grocery store and eat fresh fruit, vegetables or buy bread and things to make a sandwich with bread and ingredients that I can read! :)

I understand your disgust for fast food but in reality, sometimes emergencies come up and the evil necessity comes up. I will and do avoid fast food to the best of my ability...sometimes a salad from McDonalds.

Don't you hate contributing to big business?

Although this is a pretty recent question, I think i'm 7 months ahead of ya. I havent had any fast food from any fast food restaurants in 7 months. So yea I guess I'm with ya. And honestly I don't blame you.
Every time I eat at arby's which is considered a pretty decent fast food chain, I always got grissly meat. I dont know why but always!! Mc Donalds just plain gross I worked there I know what goes on behind closed counters. BK I never had a direct problem just the fact that now I think that all fast food chains are the same cook the meat until half done throw it under a light grab it up slap some who knows how old cheese on it and mayo or that nasty thousand Island dressing AKA secret MCD's sauce. EWWWWW gross!!!! I'm definatly good on all fast food chains.

uh uh.Last week I ate a cheeseburger at Ruby Tuesdays, came home, went to bed. puked.Could not make it to the bathroom, projectile vomited, nose, mouth floor sink shower wall toilet. rawish meat everywhere bedroom carpet, sooo I can safely swear off that frigging place . Mcd's has always been good to me why bash? Enjoy your fasting and eating seeds and berrys, life is too short. The irony will be the last two seconds when you see the bus about to smack into you as you cross the street eating your granola bar as the neon Mc'ds sign buzzs behind you like a sea siren calling you back

Unless you are a strong candidate for a coronary, really no reason to be so dramatic.Live while your alive. Stay away from the double cheeseburger, got like 1000+ cals

'Supersize me' was a scam did you see that vegan guy in the beginning, he was like 6% body fat, THAT is almost unhealthy, and near impossible acheave unless you have a vegan chief yelling at him like he did. of course he is going to gain weigh and get sick, his system is not used to complex protein.Total drama.

Congratulations! The life you save will be your own!
Ever since I saw Morgan Spurlock's documentary "Supersize Me" any temptation to eat any fast food has completely disappeared.
There's nothing wrong with the occasional burger and fries but go to a "Mom 'n' Pop" local NOT chain food restaurant where the people still use fresh unprocessed REAL ingredients. It's well worth waiting for, driving the extra mile, whatever...
Keep the faith!

Have you seen the movie 'Super Size Me'. Its all about Mc Donalds. This bloke performed a test for a month eating Macdonalds for a month, 3 meals a day and wasnt aloud to eat any other foods or beverages, even water!

I already did that. Have you seen Super Size Me? That should defiantly help if you ever want fast food. Apparently McDonald's has mutant fries! Lol! That was one of the extras on the Super Size Me DVD. That movie also tells you all the cruel ways the animals are slaughtered. (I'm a vegetarian also.)

Oh, and Patrick Bateman, that guy took blood tests and a fitness test in the beginning and they showed that he was in excellent shape. ♥

good luck with that, but there really are a lot of healthy or at least fairly healthy foods at fast food places. Of course the fried chicken and hamburgers aren't, but there is nothing wrong with salads just because they come from mcdonalds or burger king.
