well i am guessing that most of of the people who have left a comment have never been to Germany or even spoke to a German,
in general the Germans aren't racist there are the people (of which you get from every culture) who are racist, and as a mater of fact there are more Nazis (Nazi gangs) in America than there is in the whole of Europe. and considering the war wasn't actually that long ago the most of the population would have been brought up by parents who were in the war and had the racist views of what was considered all over the world then and by Nazi propaganda.
so in short it is because they were brought up by parents in the war

Do you really think that major change happens over night? There are still people alive from 1945, and the people that are young in Germany are now are their children. Hello! Germany must have been pretty racist to have produced the third reich. Why do you think that their hearts have changed just because a few years have passed?

I tell you why (it's obvious you meant racist)... it's because it's in the blood of most there to consider themselves more important than other races. Also because unconsciously or consciously- depending on how right oriented/ minded the parents- parents raise their kids making them think anything other than German isn't quite right.

Germany hasn't changed one bit since ww2 and we are stupid to let them have an army .
Europe is the up and coming super power and you can bet that Germany will be leading it all the way .
