we're bestfriends and she's changing A LOT, she's being so mean, irresposible and rude lately, we're in 6th grade and ever since 6th grade, she's turning into some1 we don't like, me & 2 bestfriends has a lot of trouble talking to her seriously, she takes so long in doing things, like after i called her so we could hang out outside (she said yes over the phone), after 20 min, i came over her house and then found her on her bed, doing nothing and not even changed to go outside, then when i asked her if we could go out now, she said "nah"...she's causing me so much trouble and we're worried...she's been bragging about how good she is in swimming and such, then when we actually swam 2gether, she was WAY behind me , i've been training for about 6 years now (she knows 2), then she said she could beat me, we don't like what she's becoming...when i talked to her seriously, she was turning her back to me...this sat. my b-day 4 that, we're planning on talking 2 her & how do we start the conv.?

It sounds to me like she is being abused. Her personality has radically changed and she doesnt' like doing things she used to.
Try getting her alone and just talk to her.. tell her the things you have seen change in her and then try to ask her if anything has happened recently. she will say no at first, but keep on trying - but be kind and nice as you can. chances are she has exprianced some sort of sexual trauma (rape, incest, date-rape, etc).
When she finally opens up to you make sure you she knows she should tell an adult about what has ahppened and that you will go with her if she needs you to.
be a good friend - talk to her.

from what you saying and from your best friend action i think that she doesn't want to be your friend.i also think that you should start the conv.by saying- i notice in the past days or week that you behavior has change towards me.is it something that i said ? or is it something that i did ? please let me know what i did cause i miss you as my friend.
