A rare card game?

I was in the gym and overheard 2 guys talking about my girlfriend saying that she was good at a 5 knuckle shuffle.

Is this a foreign game and can I learn it easily?

I've heard that most mail order brides are very good at the five knuckle shuffle, and could probably teach you. They're often not too keen on any mroe interesting 'card games' though, as they are often disappointed by how ugly thier husband is.
