False - only slaves were counted as 3/5, not women. This was actually a compromise. People wondered how to use a census to determine how many members a state would have in the House of Representatives, and also the census would be used for taxation. However, some people felt that slaves should not be counted at all, while those in the South felt they should be counted as full residents. They compromised and made it 3/5. Unfortunately it has been suggested today that this was the founding father's true feeling about slaves as humans, they were only worth 3/5. I doubt that any founding father, even the slave owning ones like Washington, Jefferson and Patrick Henry would accept that idea.

I believe that's false. Three-fifths compromise only pertained to slaves. A congressional district received credit for three free votes for every five slaves. Women could not vote during this era, however, they were in fact counted as free persons. The three-fifths rule was only directed to non-free persons, which were slaves, not women.

False!

The 3/5 compromise counted slaves as 3/5 of a person regarding both the distribution of taxes and the apportionment of the members of the United States House of Reps. and the U.S. Electoral College.
