Research, research, research! First of all, pick the Country, then the city or town where you want to live and work. Look the places up on the internet to find out everything you can about the area, the weather, the economics, population, etc... Then contact the Chamber of commerce in that place to send out brochures and travel information. Then come for a visit to see if you really like the area you pick. While you are here walk into businesses and get applications and find out if they are offering jobs you are qualified for. Apply!

If its a company in the uk, and you have the name of the company, an idea of the location you can go onto the companies house website ( type it into google). You do have to use a credit card to pay but its very safe (its a goverment website). If you're not prepared to pay for the info, then try yell.com
If its not for the uk, then sorry can't help you. Hope i've been able to help
