There are two types of learning:
First you learn it directly by listening to some particular teachers.
Second, you learn by reading books.
So I suppose you should know what you want to learn in IT because IT is a huge subject and it is impossible to learn all.
Otherwise, you can read some intructions on the internet about what you interested in and study individually. Moreover, one thing we should remember:" nothing is free in this century" so there is no free course that you wished to apply for...
