I was trying the other day to remember all the saturday shows on in the morning that i used to watch in the 80's and up till i suppose the mid to late 90's. Being 28 i started off with Wackaday obviously then started remembering things like ghost train and some more i cant remember names of. How many can u name to jog my memory?

Who remembers Get fresh with Gaz Topp and Charlotte Hindle. They toured the country wit their "Space Ship" and a disgusting alien puppet. It kinda sucked if I remember rightly.

Not personally. The closest I got was my bright llime envelope almost being picked by someone on a BBC Saturday programme. So close... However, my husband was on some Saturday show having won a talent show with the band he was in - Karate Pyjamas. I think it was on BBC1. Also a girl from my school - who was a great singer - appeared on Stars in their Eyes as Whitney Houston. Unsurprisingly perhaps, it wasn't brilliant.

BRING BACK............................

*SMTV* with Ant and Dec and Cat! - Something for everyone!

Can you also remember *Going Live* with Phillip Schofield and Gordon the Gopher - which prompted a craze for squeeky cuddley gopher toys!

*No. 73* - I think this used to be on Saturdays and comprised of a big mad house with a huge red cartoon door in the opening credits.... the theme tune went something like..."hey you get ready, get into gear, get on your feet and hit the street... blah blah... number 73... number 73..."

All of the shows in the 80s were wacky (hence Wide Awake Club and Wacaday) and always went on the theme of kids in a house having a mad time and making a mess.

Can you also remember Funhouse with Pat Sharpe and that god-awful mullet he sported.

Now everyone wanted a go in the funhouse?!
