Ok so, my friend says that if people have the right relations to other people then that makes them rich and famous but I say it comes from hard work and dedication towards your achievements, either small or big, and that will earn the money

You have to start out with the right ATTITUDE. Hard work does bring rewards. But the old saying "It's not what you know, it's who you know that counts" is very true. Good contacts, a good network will present doors to you that you would otherwise not even find. They can even open those doors.
So you are both right.

Having the right relationships makes it much, much easier to get rich. Most people from poor or even middle class backgrounds can bust their butts all their lives and never get rich.

either one can make u rich, just ur though is the more "fair" way to earn alot of money, the other is just using someone else for your profit and u have to do nothing

I think it could be both. Obviously some people have gotten famous on their own merit...others (like Ron Howard's brother- Gentle Ben) obviously didn't make it to the top (is he on the top?) by his looks or talent. Some people have both (Whitney Houston) and they blow it anyway...

Some people have parents who are rich and they provide for them!
Some people work hard to get money, and they provide for themselves.

well I'd like to agree with you but unfortunately there are a ton of 'celebrities' cashing in on their relations fame. Paris Hilton, Jamie Lynn Spears, Haylie Duff-I'm talking to you!

i think it Has to do with being at the right place AT the right time. And also being pretty and having sex appeal. That's about it.
