i'm assuming you don't know what an A-Ok password is.

there are literally hundreds of thousands of AOk passwords that will get you back on track.

i'm going to explain it anyway.

when you die, in pokemon mystery dungeon, you can opt to post a request mission for other people. it's just like looking at the bulletin board inside the game and rescuing poor electrode that is stuck on floor 3 of tiny woods.

so when you die, you get that password, then i type it in my game, go save you, and give you a password to let your game know that i saved you.

there is an easy place to do this - go to http://dungeon.filb.de/ and you'll be able to put in your rescue request, and people will go and save you, even on floor 98 of healing forest

as a bonus, that board is not open directly for chat, and so it just looks like the Pokemon MD board, which is really clean and neat because of that.
