No, there are many people that sleep with a bra on (I wouldn't recommend it) they have never said anything about cancer. They way your breast are touched won't affect the way breast cancer is made. Breast cancer is a cancer.

Depends every 1 is different. I recently read that in some cases it does tend to happen. Only padded ones, only in some cases. Dont worry bout it though :):)
