yes it`s for 10 years up to 24 :)
and good for spent time better than bad things

if he knows how to take care of fragile stuff yes this is an expensive gift you won't want to spend your money and he break it in a couple days...if you do buy it get a warranty if it breaks you can get a new one....have you considered the nintendo ds it's pretty cool too and has more little kids games...

well the PSP is pretty pretty complicated with the upgrading on ur computer and DL stuff onto it so keep it sucky with a nintendo DS cuz they are kid stuff

it depends because if the 10 year old isn't very smart or doesn't take care of his/her things then they might break it, and its very expensive.
