No, because the belly button is an artifact from birth, but Adam and Eve were not born. If god did give Adam a belly button it would be the equivalent of lying (representing that Adam was born when he wasn't), and god cannot lie.

It depends on whether you are speaking of the real Adam and Eve or the mythical Adam and Eve. The real Adam and Eve had navels (belly buttons). Who cares about the mythical Adam and Eve (other than the religious). I find it interesting that when they were cast from the Garden of Eden they went to areas already populated by other people, although no explanation is given as to where these people came from. Perhaps they were distant children of A & E.
