can i have Internet explorer 6 and Internet explorer 7 downloaded?

Well, i recantly downloaded Internet explorer 7, and i must say im very happy with it. My problem is that some of my programs need internet explorer 6. Is it possible for my to have internet explorer 6 and internet explorer 7?

If not, is there a way that i can change my settings so that my programs will work properly?

Easy answer is only one can be installed and operational at a time since they use the same executables and DLL files.

Probably not maby some really good tecke could get it to work.
