Confront them and tell them you know that they have been talking about you behind your back and that you don't like it. I mean come straight forward, don't hold back because a real friend wouldn't be talking about you behind your back. You don't have to tell them how you got this information because it doesn't matter. If they want to be your friend then they have to earn it.

She is not your best friend if she is talking about you behind your back. You need to get a new friend. Don't retaliate by saying things about her or lower yourself to her standard. This will only make you look bad. Just go on with your life, be a nice, kind, honest person and people will automatically be drawn to you.
I am sure you are hurt by this but she will be the one hurt in the long run. Good luck to you.

talk to your friend see why is she talking behide your back see if you can try to work something out if not just move on aleast you know you tried to do something about it.
