No there isn't any really. You could try a tinnitus masker for one ear or hearing aids for both if it is causing you too much trouble. Go see a good ENT doc that knows his stuff and he will get down to a treatment. I saw 3 ENT's and the first 2 didn't say much but the third really knew his stuff and i'm on treatment know. I've had this since I was a child and it seems mine is caused by allergies, which i'm on meds now. Good Luck.

This is going to sound strange but you need to get your ears candled. Ear candles are available in most health shops and chemists. You will not catch on fire but your ears will feel great after having it done. I used to suffer badly with a high pitch ringing in my ears but now it only happens occasionally. Ear candling also helps with sinus problems.
The candle is about 6-8" long and hollow. It is made by rolling cotton cloth into a cylinder and coating the outside in natural beeswax. One end is inserted into the ear opening with out going in too far, just enough to create a seal. Then the other end is lit. As the candle burns it creates a natural vacuum and draws out any impurities from the ear canal. As the candle burns you will hear popping sounds as debris gets sucked up the tube, it sounds a lot like rain on a tin roof, I find it soothing. When the candle is about 2/3 burnt it is removed and droped into a bowl of waiting water. You'll be surprised with what you will see inside that candle when you cut it open. Most of the impurities burn away with the candle but there will still be gunk left in the end for you to see.
The whole process takes approx 20 Min's per ear.
It's a lot more pleasant than having you ears syringed and more effective than drops.
Here are a couple of links to pages with some more info. Good luck.

I heard the Spock guy from Star Trek had this for years and needed a device that hooked onto the ears and played a constant noise one note lower than the tinnitus noise. This was the only thing that made his tinnitus go away after years and years of suffering. I agree with the above, see an ENT... and also Google "tinnitus message boards" for support.
