It takes place in London, Englan dbut im getting this from the movie i know it takes place in London ,England but it might also take place in Flurna i dont remember what part it was from but i think that is a setting there

My belief was that it was a city in England. And, I always thoughtthat it was during the Industrial Revolution-the poverty issue-
