Can I just point out here that a google search clearly reveals there are two Julie Shipley's, and the most famous one, to which most of the google photos relate is an American cheerleader / fitness show host. The Julie Shipley of British fame, the actress in question, has, judging from the Internet Movie Database (http://imdb.com/name/nm0794077/) not worked since 1987, and doesn't have any kind of biography at all. If there are any mentions of her on google, then they will be buried quite deep. As for pictures, I'm afraid I don't rate your chances. The episode of "Open All Hours" she guested in was on TV the other night, one of Granville's (David Jason's) girlfriends - maybe there is a fan site for this show that has screen-grabs taken from this episode, but I seriously doubt there is anything of quality available, as it looks like she disappeared from the showbiz industry some time ago.
