They might say all the nice things but once they leave you they go out and talk behind your back that you've are crazy or so far off reality that you"re a nut or something in your head is screwed up and you have no reason for living or not be instutionized

first off you need to be speaking with some different folks there... second its none of your business what they are saying ... you sound selfcentered and its not all about you !! possibly those folks may be so shallow and have no other life they will embelish on yours ........ go easy on you .. pay no attention to them .. many are gossips .. that is not healthy to be around for you anyway .. just walk away .

Maybe they are right if they are talking about you. They are just being polite. Could you take it if they said it to your face?
