the greatest advantage is helping others, and you learn something new everyday, the pay is okay depends on what area of nursing u go into....the disadvantages is the politic of nursing and although nursing and technology is changing for the better it's almost to much to keep up with...it's is a continuous learning process....

Disadvantage may be working in a Hospital.
Advantage is helping people, working for an insurance company or home care so you get out and drive around some.
