Chatspeak only bugs me when I can't figure out what someone is talking about. I can live with the non-use of capital letters.

Yes. It bugs the hell out of me. I'm a bit of a stickler about stuff like that. I don't really understand chatspeak, it seems to me that it takes more time to decipher what the person is trying to say.

Yes, chat speak drives me nuts. On the capitalization and punctuation, and little typos, they don't bother me.

I don't care for chat room speak at all because I don't do chat rooms. All caps is just plain bad manners because it means yelling.
