Ok you can search this site, they have a jack sparrow, so they may have elizabeth swan's.

Heya hun, I'm not too sure exactly but I'm pretty sure you can get many parts of your costume, at a thrift store. Some people may not like the idea, but you can get so many things there for really really cheep. It's worth a try, just look to the dresses section, wear your hair up or down, whatever depending you like./ and overall, have fun!
