I clicked on Install now and when it was loading it said log on from an administrator's acount. My acount is an administrators acount. What do i do? Please help and if it works you get 11 points.

easy, restart your computer and keep pressing f8 if its beeps at you slowdown. a menu will apear and it will have safemode. log in to that and then click administrator. taaaaaaaaa daaaaaaaa.

What OS are you running, what are you trying to install? does the program allow you to just say "next" or "continue" with the install, if not and it actually gives you a prompt for a login, just use administrator as the user and leave the password blank. If you have never set up a administrator user account on your pc, it shouldn't have a password, or just put your user name and password.

Contact the software publisher's tech support. If you are logged in with an admin account and the software refuses to install there is a bug in it that the publisher needs to fix.
