just make it clap!! and do that for 10 min at a time for a few times a day.

Walk more....get your circulation going...definitely see a doctor about this as the circulatory system could have something to do with a pinched nerve or even the heart......get it checked and see. however in the meantime, stretch.....walk.....some even a couple of blocks....bend in the shower and allow the water to hit your back.....it worked for me.
It may have to do with a lack of exercise or something far more severe....maybe as simple as how you position yourself when you sit.....ask your Doc...!!!!! Might need a chiropractic adjustment but all of this is just guessing until yo talk to a professional and see what he or she says...thanks.

Try walking. You probably arent getting enough circulation in your legs. If it doesnt work go to the doctor.
