Yes; The bible says that the only way to the father is through the son, if you don't believe in Jesus, you don't go to heaven. That is the only place you can go, other than hell; eternal death. You don't become a deer or a bug no matter what your religion.

No i think has nothing to do with it, if it does then it means you only believe because you are afraid of what will happen to you after death. The most important thing about faith is to show it while your living so as to be an asset to human kind therefore the afterlife becomes a secondary consideration. The better you live in the hear and now the greater your chance for living a better afterlife.

People can believe whatever they want, it won't change what actually happens when we die. I am an atheist and I believe that the soul ceases to exist once the heart stops beating, but that's not to say that I'm not totally and completely wrong. For all I know, our souls could go off and live on a planet of cheese and mice. The only ones who know the truth can no longer tell us, we've just got to wait and find out.

Faith doesn't determine anything. There is no soul to go up or down or be turned into a slug in the next life... People die. The concept of an afterlife is only to comfort thoes too afraid to face their own deaths.

I think you need to read up on the Hindu religion, love. There is reincarnation, but you don't come back as an animal! I am a Christian but I have read on every major religion in the world so I can have an understanding to do my job better (I work as a nurses' aide). Try reading John Huston's book "The World's Religion" to help you out

Just think, If you a Muslim and you kill an infidel and you get killed in doing so you can Meet up with those 70 some odd Virgins in heaven... You know they actually have it coming... Myself I would rather go to Heaven and meet up with 70 some Hookers as they might just get the job done a bit better

Faith has nothing to do with where your soul goes when you die. Faith has everything to do in your belief in and the love of God. The rewards are secondary. Faith is loving God for the sake of Loving God not loving God for the sake of redemption although redemption is a reward.

I love God because he is all that is good, not because loving Him will open the way to heaven for me.

No faith has every thing to do with how you live on earth. I has to do with how much you trust and believe in God and what He can and will do for you . Your relationship with God , obeying the Word of God, living as The Bible states , accepting Jesus and knowing that He is all powerful, forgiving, and the giver of life and life everlasting. Faith helps get you to the point to TRULY TRUST GOD in all things and for all things.

No. All souls die or sleeps (as the
Bible says). You can't change the word of God no matter what religion you may happen to be.

faith, religion, denomination is all man made and interpereted... it is institutional. God is universal not institutional and the soul is by God. So, 2 separate things.
