I live in a very small town were a lot of people that could get me places just don't live. The reason I believe I will be famous is because I have a natural ablity to act. All I need is a chance,but the people here just don't believe in me.

You should enroll in acting classes or take a drama course. Next get plenty of headshots to take to an agent or agency, keep trying different places until someone picks you up. It won't be easy but keep at it. You can also look around the internet or college campuses for roles. The more experience you get the better your portfolio will be and better to add to your resume. Also check the net or newspapers for open calls. Put up profiles on entertainment websites, get your face out there. Best luck!

If the people in your very small town don't believe in your talent, is it possible they are just being kind? How do you know that you have a natural ability to act? Have you been in school plays and been told you were talented? I'm not putting down your dreams but tons of kids leave home every year for L.A. and NY and end up waiting tables for a living. Keep in mind that many young famous stars have parents who are in the business. Angelina's dad is John Voigt, Gwenyth Palthrow's mom is Blythe Danner, Jennifer Aniston's dad was a famous soap star, Ben Stiller's parents are Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara etc.....

Be on one of those new shows...America's next "Whatever". I am sure they will come up with one for actresses. Most famous people do come from small towns. Good Luck!

the only thing i can say to you is "never give up".....there`s this singer...he also lives in this small town and thinks that he won`t be discovered...but one day his dad met a music producer in the gasoline station then they chatted and asked if he could hear his son`s voice and he did so he signed him to the music industry...so yeah! he`s lucky...i read it in a magazine i forgot who the singer is...but he is really successful...never give up! anyways, good luck on that......

fame isn't all it's cracked up to be. i found a small amount of fame through my photography. was it worth it? well the royalties are nice, but I spurn public appearances.

alot of people can act. some who can't are on daytime TV. some are just good looking and have no tallent. it's all about who you sleep with. but that's just wrong.

goo try out for something...look up plays on the internet, show up at the audition and if you got talent, your on!
