This is quite an old film I remember seeing at the movies. It scared me to death. Something happened to electrify the ground and all the worms started attacking people. You saw people with worms under their skin and sticking out of their eyes. Men fishing on a boat knocked over their worm bait and the worms killed them. Yuck!!!

The movies is called "Squirm". It's from 1976.

A storm that night causes some power lines to break and touch the ground, drawing millions of man-eating worms out of the earth, and into town where they quickly start munching on the locals.
