I am looking for a bar where Cardinal Fans congregate to cheer on the Redbirds.

you could search the yellow pages (either the book or online msn.com then go to yellow pages)

Sonny McLain's Irish Pub in Santa Monica is a Red Sox/Patriots bar, but they likely will have the World Series on. It won't be all Cardinal fans, but as long as the Yankees aren't involved, you should be OK.
