Most of us when we sleep, astral travel without realising and there is a belief that we can time travel when in this state. As our minds would never comprehend this (probably go mad), we dont remember what we have seen or been to (as in dreams)...but we have flashes (or memories) of this later...de ja vu

Sure do, what is really wild and exciting is remembering the exact moment, smell, taste, feeling of the de ja vu experience. I t is really awesome to feel like I have been here and done this before. I can also be frightening if it was a dangerous or unhappy event--but either way it can get the blood flowing.

I have had de ja vue often, but once I had a dream about the inside of a building i had never seen or heard of and about 4 months later I moved and happened to go to this place and it was exactly as I had dreamed it. This experience induced a panic attack and I had to leave.

Yeah, I have de j'a vu all the time. It used to freak me out, but I'm used to it now. I've no idea why it is that it happens to some people only once or twice in their lives and to others (like me) all the time. I also have no idea why it happens, but I think it's kinda cool.

I've had this happen to me many times. I find myself looking around the room, noticing that everything is placed EXACTLY as I remember it in my mind. I know what the person with me will say before they open their mouth. It is a strange feeling, I always get goosebumps when it happens.
