spray the wall paper with fabric softener. If it is stuck real tight, you might have to heat it up. Steamer, hair dryer, heat gun, etc

The hardware store sell a hand held roller ball that had small pins in it . You roll it over the wall and it breaks the surface of the paper , then you can use a solution of warm water & vinegar sprayed on and use a wide scraper to take off. Steam is great but kind of messy pluss you have to rent one.

You can score and steam it. If the wallpaper is just ugly and not damaged, you can always paint over it to save time.
