It's on a CD from the Animaniacs TV show..."Steven Spielberg Presents Animaniacs: 16 Original Songs From The Hit TV Series." The song is "Wakko's America," track 7 on the CD. Cracks me up every time. Cheers!

sufjan stevens has an album about Michigan (Greetings from Michigan: The Great Lake State) and another about Illinois (Come on feel the Illinoise!) but from the ones you've named they might be a bit obscure.
