Acetone. Finger nail polish with acetone in it....I worked at a cleaners and we had to use acetone all the time on clothes to remove ink. It will not always get all of it out, but it`s worth a try.
There are some materials you cant use acetone on, like acetate. it`s safe for cottons, denim, polyester....

Rubbing Alcohol. i've got performed it on my youngsters outfits while they have been given my marker. i think the thought is that like gets out like and everlasting ink is properly an alcohol based stain.

Yes there is!! its called EXIT soap and it is amazing, once you try it you will never use anything else again.
