I don't see why...we aren't in charge, and we aren't being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to make those types of decisions.

I think Shanahan is in charge, and he has been successful, so why not trust him?

Their only loss was to the Rams, and they are doing pretty well too...

Now, I understand your beef...I probably would say they have very little chance of winning the super bowl at this pace, but Shanahan obviously feels that the team will gel enough by the end of January to make a statement.

Hopefully he is right!

I could understand this question, and might even support it, if Denver was 1-5 and not 5-1 and leading the division. You want to put a rookie QB in, with no NFL experience, and that will suddenly spark the offense? What movie plot line did you pull that one out of? It is BS. Granted I'm not even happy with the Os performance but I wouldn't lay that blame totally on Plummers shoulders. Did you forget a new O coordinator after 12 years was it with Kubiack. The running game has been OK at best...is that Plummers fault also? Has seen more sacks this year than before, more batted balls at the line than before. Denvers problems on O go beyond just Plummer. And you want to through a unproven rookie into that? Maybe come week 14 if Denver is out of the playoff race, put Cutler in, give him some playing time, but definitely not now.

I'm a Raiders fan and can say that completion % is Kerry Collinsish. Which means not good. But at the same time you don't pass that much when your ahead and you've already had a bye week so it's hard to judge by the rankings this early. You are 5-1 so I think no change is in order but if you want to throw Cutler in there when we come to town that'd be fine with me.

This kind of talk is exactly what is killing Plummer in the first place. With "fans" calling for his blood, it only makes him more tentative and less confident. As soon a switch is actually made it will be only a couple of weeks before you guys rally against Cutler for making rookie mistakes and demand Plummer be put back in. Maybe you should support him and put pressure on the coaches for calling such terrible game plans and plays.

I think Denver should just eliminate the QB position, put out another run blocker, and hike the ball to Bell directly.

You could argue it is time for change, but look at what has happened to V. Young and M. Leinert after they got their NFL starts.........
