I've never felt this kind of pain ever. It started about two hours ago. I'm at work so i refrained from going to the restroom and when i couldn't take it anymore i went but i experienced a sharp shooting pain in my lower abdomen and vagina wall and on top of that i'm bleeding. I figured that it was that time of the month but then as soon as the pain would stop the bleeding stopped as well. Can someone please tell me what this is?

i can't be pregnant because i had my period a month ago as usual. and i haven't had sex until 2 nights ago and not before that. so pregnancy is ruled out.
