I am 21 years old and for about a year now my breast have been getting really sore, actually its my nipples they are really sensative and hurt, even when they rub against my bra or anything, I cant even touch them, this happens for about one week out of the month, sometimes right before my period, but sometimes weeks before. I have had problems with not having my period, but they have finally become more normal, I dont know whats going on, I'm absolutley sure Im not pregnant, Is it serious, Does this happen to anybody else?

YES, BUT IT'S NOT THAT BAD FOR ME, TRY PUTTING VITAMIN E ON YOUR NIPPLES GET THE GEL CAPS. AND POP THEM OPEN ON THE NIPPLE IT MIGHT BE A LIL. GREASEY BUT IT WILL STOP THEM FROM FEELING RAW AND WERE A COTTON BRA OR A BRA WITH PADDING.

This sometimes happens when you're close to getting your period , you are then more sensitive at this time . You also can talk to your doctor about it to make sure there are no other under laying problems .

soreness of the nipples can come beofre a menstrual period and also ovulation (1/2 way through your cycle) it is normal. no worries
