men and women i need you advice.............?

at my work they go by points and if you reach 6 points you get fired, i was at 5.75 points so i put my 2 wks notice in, then 3 days later my supervisor called me and said i had gotten a low score on my call so i had been pinted , totalling my pints to 6 points and he said sorry but we are going to have to let you go.. what should i put on my application? that i quit or that i was fired?

Thats a good question! I would say I quit and if they ask about it to that employer and then they want to question you further explain this story and I think it would be understandable. It may even confuse them lol.

Wow, that is a tough call. You should put that you quit. You told your supervisor you were quitting before you got those points right? Sounds right to me.

You would have to put on that you were fired, because in reality you didn't really quit.

if you put your two weeks in before they fired you, then I would say you quit. But, if you didnt finish your two weeks that you had left, then I would just say you did put your two weeks in, but they did not let you finish the two weeks

I dont' think you have to put either. You would have to tell them in the interview. They wont say so just say you put in the two weeks and quit
