Do you know an easy and cute knitted bag pattern? I just can't seem to find a good pattern for a cute bag. Thanx a bunch!

These sites have a number of cute bag patterns:

Scroll down to the "bags" section

You'll have to sift through the "accessories".

The first bag that I made was the Sophie bag.

Very cute and easy. I made some simple modifications to it which you can read about on my blog.

I'll sell you one for 10$. I just finished my second one. I use Red Heart acrylic yarn in the multi-color style and size 5 needles. The strap measures 56 x 1.5" and it also acts as the sides, the bottom is 6.25 x 1.5", the front is 6.25 x 7.5", and the back is 6.25 x 11" and it also acts as the front flap over the top. I made the button hole about 5 rows from the end of the back piece.

It's really easy to make, I just did k & p the whole time. The 1.5" is 8 stitches and the rest I just did by measuring with my eyes. It's small in size but it's cute and simple to make, and of course you can make it any size you want.
