No. Say a guy was to ejaculate on a toilet seat and a female sat down on it directly after. She would have to be at the correct time of the month during her ovulation cycle, the sperm, (which die very quickly out of the body) would have to somehow be introduced to her vagina. This is extremely unlikely and most physicians would say an impossibility.

Yeah you can have a toilet bowl baby and since so many azzez touch the toilet seat its a greater chance you'll give birth to multiple toilet bowl babies
these babies can swim really well and they speak flent "flush" and all they eat is shyte and pizz.....good luck tho cuz their poreclin heads hurt when it comes out

Well seeing as your name is Kyle Im going to guess you are a male. SURE you keep thinking that and in 9 to 10 months if you have a baby youll know (seeing as how males get pregnant all the time *rolls eyes*)

Sperm do not survive in the open air. So even if there were semen on the seat, and you somehow sat down in an extremely awkward position, you wouldn't get pregnant.

Everybody knows there is only the two ways to get pregnant:
a) artificial insemination
b) the old Irish way

If there is semen all over the toilet seat and you sat on it then yes maybe... but the probabilty of that happening is VERY slim.

you can only get pregnant if sperm is introduced to the vagina, through "him" or man-made technology. I have NEVER heard of a person getting pregnant in any other way, except for Christ that is.
