for me personally, it just depends on the situation. i only give advice if i know what i am talking about, and i don't mind receiving advice. i have a very open mind, but enough is enough for anybody!

Yea, it dosen't really matter but if someone has been giving you lots of good advice maybe then you can give back some good advice to them.
