Carry a pink lawn flamingo, but you can paint on it to make it look dead too. Make sure you get the stockings too and a pair of Mary Janes.
Make your make up pale, but not clown white. Use purple and gold eye shadow around your eyes (lids and underneath), then go over all that with some pink blush. Use dark eye liner and black mascara. Make your lips a pale blue.
Make a pair of earrings out of cards too.

I saw that at Wal-Mart!! LOL! I would definately get the white face paint like they use for vampires and put that on her face, then dark eye shadow and thick eye-liner, maybe incorporate some blood in there somewhere!! LOL!!! Good Luck!

haha i love that costume !! put some baby powder on her face,then black eyeliner but smuge it top and bottom... then bright red lipstick,
