Any kind of DOT 3 brake fluid will work, if it is DOT 3 it's approved by the department of transportation for use on the road(by street legal vehicles of course) and you should check it before each time you ride. Read your manual, it has a maintenance chart you should follow.

DOT 3 or 4 from normal auto parts store.
DONT use DOT 5 silicon fluid, it screws stuff up.
If you have DOT 5 you need to change all the rubber parts of system to go back to DOT 3 or 4
It doesnt take much, change it every 6 months or more frequently if your racing
