7 meters or so. The Moon is 30 times the diameter of the Earth away, so 30 times whatever the diameter of a football is.

do you mean if the current earth was the same size as a football? (i am presuming a 'soccer'' ball), it wold be the same distance, as the distance from the moon to earth is measured from earths core to the moons core.

Well, seeing as the moon is in Earths orbit, and providing the moon doesn't shrink, pretty close.
