I put in a 25 amp fuse which doesnt blow but truck still wont start. Battery is good and it cranks great but wont start.

had the same problem with a kia carnival.. just replace the fuel pump also make sure you replace fuel filter as well. good luck .

Return what, the fuse ?? No mention here of a pump replacement.
20 amp. a lot for fuel pump. Take the pump out and check it out for, seized or short in wiring. I would guess seized as fuse doesn't blow. If it is seized and fuse doesn't blow could ovrrhest snd cause smoke or worse. Also that high a fuse rating could have caused the wiring to separate if short was present.
NEVER increase fuse size unless you are adding more load to the circuit by adding other devices. Even then it is better to run a new circuit with it's own fuse. While you are at it check the fuse holder, the correct amperage should be marked on or near it.

return it has a defect in it get another one or you may have a short in were the fuse are
